The enrollment deadline for the 2026-2027 first semester was July 22, 2026.
Second-semester pre-enrollment will open in October.

In-District Transfer requests
In-district transfers must speak with their current school's counseling office and administration prior to applying to eCademy. Transfer requests are not guaranteed. All transfer students must follow the admission process outlined on this page by the enrollment deadline set above. If accepted, an in-district transfer form must be completed for official enrollment at eCademy. The form will be initiated by the parent or legal guardian at the student's current school. All in-district transfer forms must be completed and submitted to the district office by August 1st. Mid-semester transfers will not be considered.
Admission Process
1. Complete the 2026-2027 second semester Pre-Enrollment Form
2. Watch our information session video and complete the embedded quiz. You will need to register for an account. Please use your name or email address as your username to receive credit for completing this step.
After you have completed the Pre-Enrollment form, you will receive an email with the final two steps for enrollment consideration.
