This form is the first step for admission consideration to Andover eCademy. Once your submission is received, the admission coordinator will reach out with the next steps. Please understand that you must complete all steps for your student to be considered for admission. Admission is not guaranteed. Once accepted our registrar will send a records request to your student's current school.

Please complete a separate form for each student wishing to enroll.

Student in Good Standing: 

A student must be in good standing to be accepted in Andover eCademy. A student meeting one or more of the following conditions will be automatically deemed not in good standing and may be denied enrollment. 

  • The student is currently truant or was truant during the last school year.
  • The parent or guardian, or person acting as such, knowingly provided false information during the application process.
  • The student is not a Kansas resident.
  • The student is currently under a period of suspension or expulsion that would not expire until the next school year. 
  • The student has been given a long-term suspension or expulsion in the last school year. 
  • The student had three or more in-school or out-of-school suspensions in the last school year. 
  • The student is credit deficient.
